February: Faith Development and Relational Accompaniment

The process of how people grow in their faith has been studied and discussed for decades. This session will explore a few of the more common models of forming disciples. Since all formation tends to be significantly impacted by those around us, the primary foundation of evangelization will revolve around relationships. The February “Deep Dive” will explore the value of relational accompaniment and introduce some of the basic “soft skills” necessary to walk with others and build relationships of trust.
