STO Director – The Archdiocese of Dubuque is seeking a full time Director of School Tuition Organization (STO). General responsibilities of this position are 1) market this program to donors, parish and school leaders, tax professionals and financial planners through a variety of communication methods, maintain the STO website and social media, 2) manage the tuition award process for up to 4,000 students, 3) raise funds to fully maximize Iowa STO tax credits, manage donor acknowledgement process, and Iowa Tax Credit Certificates and 4) serve as the liaison with the Iowa Dept of Revenue, Iowa Alliance for Choice in Education, Iowa Catholic Conference and other relevant entities on STO matters. Frequent travel within the 30 NE Iowa counties of the Archdiocese of Dubuque.
Successful candidate will have bachelor’s degree in finance, education or related area, knowledge of Catholic schools and 2 to 5 years of related experience, proven fundraising skills, excellent public speaker, proficient with computer technology and be an organized self-starter. Telehealth Mental Health Counselor - Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Dubuque has an immediate opening for a full-time Telehealth Counselor to join our team of professionals. Inspired by the belief that marriage and family are central social institutions that must be supported, Catholic Charities has provided Mental Health counseling for over 60 years. 100% of counseling would be provided via Telehealth with flexibility of location either from an office setting in Dubuque or your home with expectations of in person meetings on at least a quarterly basis. Counselor should be a generalist, and expect to provide clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and occasionally groups. We welcome counselors of all faiths; successful candidates shall possess familiarity with and demonstrate respect for the Catechism of the Catholic faith and possess a dedication to advancing our mission. Successful candidates should be licensed in Iowa as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Counselor, or Independent Social Work.
