Discipleship Coordinator for High School, Young Adult Formation, and RCIA - St Mary Church, Waverly, IA. Seeking full-time, 11 or 12mo/yr (negotiable), Discipleship Coordinator for High School, Young Adult Formation, and RCIA. 

The candidate will provide leadership, vision, and administration for planning, developing, and implementing balanced youth (high school), young adult, and RCIA formation that strives to form Christian disciples committed to mission through catechesis, worship, community-building, and service.
 
Primary responsibilities will include:
*  outreach and formation of high school aged young people, including coordinating and teaching Confirmation preparation program in collaboration with the pastor and Director of Faith Formation; and providing planning and guidance for the National Catholic Youth Conference;
*  coordinating and facilitating evangelization, discipleship formation, and involvement of young adults (aged 18-30);
*  coordinating and facilitating parish RCIA.  
 
The candidate will work collaboratively with the pastoral staff and will need the ability to coordinate and facilitate multiple ministries.   Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, leadership and organizational ability.  Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Theology or related field preferred. Job description available by request.
