NCYC Chaperone Formation

The following videos are designed to help NCYC Chaperone get a better sense of what NCYC is like and what is expected of them as a Chaperone while at NCYC.

1.  There will be about 10,000 people at NCYC 2023 from all over the country. It what ways does that excite you? In what ways does that concern you?
2. NCYC is the most diverse, "Universal" Catholic experience for American teens. In what ways can you encourage your teens to be prepared for a variety of spiritual, cultural, and racial differences?
3. There are a wide variety of offerings available at NCYC? Of all of the opportunities that Ryan mentioned, which excites you most?  Which do you think will be most exciting/rewarding for the teens?

1. What were some of the most formative experiences for your faith when you were in High School?
2. Of the five phases of Youth Ministry (Care/Belonging, Spiritual Encounters, Clarity and Meaning, Accountability, or Mission), which one do you comes most naturally to you?
