NCYC - National Catholic Youth Conference

NCYC (National Catholic Youth Conference) is a four-day celebration for Catholic teens. This event is hosted by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry every other year. 

NCYC involves dynamic speakers, powerful workshops, music, interactive activities, and a chance to meet more than 23,000 teens from all over the United States. 

The Office of Adolescent Faith Formation coordinates the details for this trip including transportation, lodging, and registration. 

There are three ways for teens to experience NCYC.

1. Be a part of the Archdiocesan Delegation. Parish leaders (paid or volunteer) register their group with the Archdiocese. Package price of approximately $850 covers travel, lodging, registration, some meals, and on-sight support. Groups will start to form in October 0f 2024. 2. Organize a parish or collaborative/regional group. Work with other adults in your parish or other parishes near you to form your own group. Buy your own tickets. Book your own hotel rooms. Arrange your own transportation and meals. 
3. Family option. Families can buy their own tickets and make travel plans without having to go through a parish. Sometimes, if your group is small, that is the easiest. A mom or dad with their own children can zip in and out a lot easier and likely save on costs.
