Papal Blessings

As of November 1, 2014, the Archdiocese of Dubuque is no longer able to request Papal Blessings on your behalf.  Please kindly visit the link to the OFFICE OF PAPAL CHARITIES and follow the instructions for obtaining a blessing.  Please know they only accept them by letter or fax (no e-mails).
