Pastoral Planning and Leadership Development

The Office of Pastoral Planning and Leadership Development fosters vibrant and sustainable parishes. It provides support and resources to parish leadership to work through challenges and enhance collaborations at the parish, cluster, or regional level. These efforts may include consultations, data/vitality reviews, goal setting, leadership development, team building, conflict resolution, short and long range planning, and the study/implementation of reorganization options.
