Jesus said, “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” - Matthew 18:20
A small faith-sharing group is a place where people commit to walking and growing together in their faith through regular connections. Whether they are women’s groups, men’s groups, couples’ groups, or mixed groups, small groups can provide a setting for people to accompany each other in discipleship. Small faith-sharing groups are an effective way to form community where members can bring faith to life. With small groups, members can grow deeper in their relationship with Christ by breaking open the Word of God, engage in meaningful conversations about faith, participate in communal prayer, and commit to care for one another. Below are some tips for small group facilitators and participants. Please reach out to the Adult Formation department for further guidance on small groups.
